Start your day off with a relaxing and revitalizing yoga session with instructors from The Yoga Collaborative, Michele Netto and Jane Silva Depp. Enjoy the gardens surrounded by the beautiful Beebe Woods while you engage your body and mind with calming yoga.

Join us for a slow paced, gentle yoga class designed to both strengthen and stretch. We will integrate mindful movement with breathwork and meditation to invite greater presence and ease as you start your day.

Classes will be held every Thursday morning through the end of August from 9-10 am, weather permitting. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.

Michele Netto has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years. She completed an intensive 200-hour teaching certification program through The Yoga Paradigm in Nosara, Costa Rica. Since then she has completed several workshops and trainings to expand and inform her teaching. Michele is a writer and English teacher, and values being outside as much as possible enjoying everything nature offers.

Jane Silva Depp is a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP), taught by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, and is certified by both the Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley. She completed her yoga training at Darling Yoga in Kansas City and at the Summers School of Yin Yoga. Jane enjoys practicing in community to share yoga’s physical benefits and offer space to invite a sense of grounding and ease.
